I work as a therapist to help people heal their relationships with their bodies and food. For many years, I battled with my own eating disorder voice(s), and it was through my own journey of recovery that I found my calling to help others who face similar challenges. I have been running my Instagram account (@realistic.body.therapist) since 2020. I want to make therapy accessible to the masses through the use of social media.

As a therapist specializing in eating disorders, my personal experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding these conditions, allowing me to connect with my clients on a profound level.
I am intimately familiar with the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that can accompany an eating disorder, and I approach each client's journey with patience, empathy, and unwavering support.
